* UAE Golden Visa – this service allows real estate investors, who own a property worth 2 million AED or more at the time of purchase, to apply for a 10-year renewable residence permit. This permit can also sponsor the investor's spouse, children, and parents. If the property is mortgaged, a bank letter indicating a payment of at least 2 million AED must be provided as proof. Owners of properties valued at 2 million AED or more can apply for the UAE Golden Visa during the off-plan payment phase without a minimum down payment. However, Golden Visa holders may have restrictions on reselling their property.
